I had YUKO® straighteners done for two years in a row... every 6 months. Each treatment was $500. I found this item and decided to try it, and it worked WONDERS! LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT.

I used this product approximately 3 years ago and loved the results. After deciding to dye my hair, I was fearful to use it and went to a salon to get it professionally straightened. That salon trip cost me hundreds of dollars and my hair was wavy and frizzy again within days! I purchased this product again and TA DA! My hair is straight, shiny, and soft. I will be purchasing this for life.

We were disapointed to see that this product was no longer easy to be found in the stores. We were very excited to see that we could find it on Amazon. This product works better than any straightener I have tried - and believe me I've tried a lot. It works great!

I have been using this every April/May time period for the past 6 years and would be lost without it. I have very curly thick hair, but you would never know it after using this. My hair is silky and straight and I love being able to wash my hair and not have to blow dry it! You might get the occasional small wave in your hair by letting it dry naturally, but the Chi makes easy work of that. I have to say, I would hate to do this process by myself, I have longer hair (down to my bra strap), and so my husband does it for me. It takes about an hour. Just don't wash your hair for 48 hours afterwards, and don't colour your hair for 6-8 weeks. WARNING: Usually, I do this after a shower and get the excess water from my hair, but last year, I made the mistake of just dampening my already dry hair. Big mistake. It was a nightmare getting my hair to straighten, it kept kinking up, it was a mess.
